The Workplace EQ Transformation Bootcamp is the shortcut to the six months to two years of traditional organizational transformation.

There are two venues for executives:

  • The Executive Learning Cohort: Just like business school, the wider cohort from the same bootcamp season will share learnings and wisdom. It’s an executive community. Ask questions, offer advice and experiences. 
  • Your Private Cohort: This private and confidential portal allows your executive team to collaborate in real-time, a linchpin for the success of this bootcamp. This is where you submit assignments and huddle with your group. 

The course closes at the 8-week mark, so it is imperative that your cohort are timely, respectful of other people's time and committed to this timeline. Be the elite sports team training week-on-week to win the final game at Week 8.
